Question:
How quickly can you respond?
Answer:
We have numerous cleanup technicians and vehicles that can respond
24 hours a day.
Question:
Who pays for your service?
Answer:
TSCMI acknowledges the sensitive emotions involved in making these
preparations. However, Just as other service providers whose fees
are covered by insurance, we do require full payment prior to services
being rendered. We encourage you to contact your insurer to confirm
coverage, usually provided for in standard homeowner’s property
damage policy.
We will provide you with documentation to assist you in processing
your claim, but you, the customer, are responsible for all TSCMI
service costs and for recovering payment from your insurance provider.
We accept payment via check, and all major credit cards.
Question:
How much do you charge?
Answer:
We receive this question a lot. Unfortunately we can't give an accurate
price without seeing the scene first. Until we know exactly what
is involved, we won't know our costs. The biggest factor in calculating
our fees, how long they will be there, and how much biohazard disposal
will be needed. We do offer free estimates anywhere in Tri-State
(NY, NJ, & CT). Our prices are fair and reasonable.
Question:
Do you respond outside of your normal operating area?
Answer:
We can respond outside our normal operating area. Depending on how
busy we are, we can usually make arrangements depending on the location.
